When there is clear and defined set of Company Values that are understood and lived by all levels of staff, you will notice the increased commitment to the company. Staff are able to recognise and identify behaviour with the Values and reward their peers for “walking the walk”.

Having staff whose personal values align with the company values and who are recognised for it will seek to go the extra mile.
