Leaders and the 8 ages of man: 15

It is not always obvious or easy to recognize the value in other people unless you first see it in yourself.

As a leader, it is important for you to acknowledge and appreciate your own value. Perhaps, like many of us, you went through a period between the ages of 6 and 12 where you were not given enough opportunities to develop your skills and talents, leading to feelings of inferiority about your own worth.

However, the good news is that your life has value and you are a significant person in the lives of others.

As a leader, it is important to recognize the trust that has been placed in you and the potential you possess. When you believe in yourself and recognize your own value, you are better able to inspire and lead others.

We can only give to others what we have within ourselves, so it is important to have a positive self-image and belief in our abilities. If you have feelings of inferiority or doubt about your own value, it is important to challenge those thoughts and choose alternative perspectives.

As a leader, it is important to check your self-talk and the way you speak to yourself. Encourage yourself and remind yourself that you have greatness within you. Your potential is unlocked by your own self-belief and positive thinking. So, don’t allow negative thoughts to define you as a victim.

Choose to believe in yourself and embrace the greatness within you.

So, as a question to ponder, in what stage of human development are you?
